We have renovated this old farm after an exobiological study to create a place of harmony, favourable to your well-being and health.

A stay at the Cupelin farm is not an ordinary moment: It offers you the possibility to stay in a healthy habitat, eat natural food and profit from the advantages of the mountains and of a thermal resort.

A varied food diet and harmonious quantities and making a large place for cereals, fruit and vegetables. 
Without being vegetarian, our cooking gives meat and fishes their place as compliments and uses herbs and spices.

 EATING AT THE CUPELIN FARM
Is a convivial act, a moment of exchange and sharing. Manuela creates meals from biologic or local natural produce so all the aliments keep their natural goodness. You will be enchanted by this cuisine full of savours, colours and perfumes, which will bring you energy as well as helping you to keep your silhouette, you will find the food delicious. It is possible to study a special diet on request (macrobiotic, without gluten, vegetarian ect.)


The habitat constitutes in becoming a true second skin to the human being so therefore has an influence on its health. We have privilaged non-pollutant natural materials. You will appreciate in this way the large qualities in this ecological house.   

A few solid examples in our building:

  • The isolation was created from padded cellulose made from recycled paper and treated with organic fireproof salts. They are non-toxic and non-irritant. Its thermo, phonic and acoustic qualities are very satisfying.
  • The roofing made of Larch from the Southern Alps particularly rich in silica is a product of noble covering, aesthetic quality, isolating and ecological. A covering of wood assures a perfect continuity of natural magnetic fields, avoiding all harmful disturbances like that produced by metallic materials.  
  • The fermacell partitions composed of plaster and cellular fibres play the role of a natural hydrometric regulator all year long. Fermacell breathes. 
  • The paint used is natural and without solvent.
  • Biotic electricity cuts out the electric field. Each room is equipped with an automatic field switch. (Wards off the equipment electric, quality of the earthing.)
  • For the comfort and health of all, the building is non-smoking.
